The service we provide

Talent Dynamics is an introduction, qualification and matching service. Talent Dynamics does not employ, pay, supervise or manage candidates, and does not provide payroll, EOR, legal, tax or immigration services.

The client, or an external employment partner selected by the client, is responsible for the applicable employment, contractor, payroll, tax and legal arrangements.

Information accuracy

We take care to describe candidates and services accurately, but we do not guarantee outcomes, availability or the completeness of information provided by third parties. Clients remain responsible for their own hiring decisions and checks.

Fees

Client fees are agreed in writing before any introduction. Candidates are never charged for access to opportunities.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Talent Dynamics is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or from a hiring decision made by a client.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service develops. The version published on this page applies to your use of the website.

Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, and the courts of Travis County, Texas have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer or data protection rights you have in your country of residence.
