Talent Dynamics is a division of The V Core. We operate as an introduction, qualification and matching service between companies, professionals and ecosystem partners.

What we collect

We collect the information you provide through our forms and any correspondence with us.

• Client and partner contact details, organisation details and hiring requirements
• Candidate profile information, including CV documents where uploaded
• Messages sent through our contact forms
• Basic technical information required to operate and secure the website

Why we use it

We use personal information to respond to enquiries, qualify requirements, match candidates with relevant opportunities, manage partner relationships and improve our service.

Legal bases

Depending on the situation we rely on consent, the performance of a contract, or our legitimate interest in operating a matching service. Candidate profile information is processed on the basis of consent.

Sharing

We share candidate information with a client only after a relevant request and appropriate consent. We may share limited information with selected external employment, contracting or relocation partners when a client chooses to work with them. We use service providers for hosting, storage and email; they process data on our instructions.

Retention

We keep information for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, and then delete or anonymise it. Retention periods are set out in the Candidate Privacy Notice for candidate data.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and object to or restrict certain processing. Contact privacy.talent@thevcore.org and we will respond within the applicable statutory period.

Security

Information is stored in access-controlled systems. Candidate documents are held in private storage that is not publicly accessible.

International transfers

We operate internationally, so personal information may be transferred to and stored in countries outside your own, including the United States. Where information is transferred out of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, and we require our service providers and partners to apply an equivalent level of protection.

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your personal information, contact privacy.talent@thevcore.org first so we can put it right. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country of residence.

Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, and the courts of Travis County, Texas have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer or data protection rights you have in your country of residence.
