Candidate Privacy Notice

What data we collect

We collect only what we need to understand your experience and match you with relevant roles.

• Name and email address
• Country of residence and current location
• Professional category, role title, years of experience and skills
• Portfolio or LinkedIn URL and any CV document you upload
• Availability, preferred engagement type, preferred working hours and time zones
• Salary or rate expectations and English proficiency
• Notes our team records during screening conversations

Why we collect it

To assess whether your profile fits a specific client requirement, to contact you about relevant opportunities, and to introduce you to a client when you agree to that introduction.

Your profile is never published publicly. Profiles shown on our talent discovery pages are representative examples, not real candidate records.

How long we keep it

We keep your profile for 24 months from your last interaction with us, after which it is deleted or anonymised. If you ask us to remove it sooner, we do so promptly.

Who it may be shared with

We share your details with a specific client only when you have agreed to that introduction. Where a client engages you through an external employment or contractor management partner, your details may be shared with that partner to set up the engagement.

We also use service providers for hosting, storage and email, who process your data on our instructions.

Talent Dynamics is not your employer

Talent Dynamics does not employ, pay, supervise or manage candidates, and never charges candidates for access to opportunities. The client, or an external employment partner selected by the client, is responsible for the applicable employment, contractor, payroll, tax and legal arrangements.

Access, correction and deletion

You can ask us at any time for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email privacy.talent@thevcore.org from the address on your profile and we will confirm the outcome.

Withdrawing consent

Your profile is stored on the basis of your consent. You can withdraw consent at any time without giving a reason, and we will stop processing your profile and remove it from our matching activity. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before withdrawal.

Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, and the courts of Travis County, Texas have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer or data protection rights you have in your country of residence.
