Ecosystem partners

Ecosystem partners may present Talent Dynamics talent support to their portfolio companies or members on a co-branded basis. Any referral or partner arrangement, including any fee, is agreed in writing in advance.

External employment and sourcing partners

Selected partners may be introduced to clients that choose to work with an external provider. The client contracts the partner directly. Talent Dynamics is not a party to that agreement and does not supervise the services provided under it.

Partner obligations

Partners are expected to operate lawfully and transparently in every market they cover.

• Hold and maintain the registrations and licences required in the countries they serve
• Be accurate about the services, coverage and pricing they offer
• Handle candidate and client information confidentially and lawfully
• Never charge candidates for access to opportunities introduced through Talent Dynamics

Review and removal

Partner listings are reviewed periodically. We may end a partner relationship where these principles are not met.

Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, and the courts of Travis County, Texas have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer or data protection rights you have in your country of residence.
